Delivery Information

We want to ensure our customers receive a seamless and hassle free delivery experience. This is why we have teamed up with DPD, UPS & Royal Mail to provide the most customer focused solution possible.

Please find more information about our delivery process below:

Dispatch Time

All orders received before 2pm Mon-Fri, will be dispatched the same day by our team. If for any reason there is a delay dispatching your goods, you will receive notification and an estimated fulfilment date.

Delivery Services

For all UK orders, deliveries will be made by DPD Local or Royal Mail 48 Hour service.

International Delivery Services

We are pleased to offer delivery services for international orders.

Europe: Orders for delivery in Europe will be dispatched using a trackable carrier service. A standard European shipping charge of £15.00 will be charged per order.

Rest Of World: For all international orders outside of Europe, items will be dispatched with Royal Mail International Tracked Service. A standard charge of £25.00 will be charged per order.

Order Tracking

When your item is dispatched, we will send you the carrier tracking information so you can follow the progress of your delivery. 

Europe VAT & Duties

To simplify EU shipments, we are now IOSS registered.

The Import One Stop Stop (IOSS) allows suppliers selling imported goods to buyers in the EU to collect, declare and pay the VAT to the tax authorities, instead of making the buyer pay the VAT at the moment the goods are imported into the EU. 

Orders sent to EU countries upto the value of €150 will be dispatched using the IOSS system to make receiving your order faster and easier. There will be no VAT or duty to pay, so you will receive your parcel directly. 

Orders over €150, may be subject to VAT and duties at the point of importation.
